ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Dr. Rachel Boim, an endurance athlete with a passion for trail running, mountain climbing, and racing. With multiple world records under my belt, I continuously strive to push my limits and inspire others. When I'm not conquering new trails, I'm dedicated to my profession as a doctor of physical therapy, helping others achieve their physical best.

I chose to pursue my doctorate of physical therapy when I reached a point in my career where I felt I could no longer provide my increasingly complex personal training clients with the precision and quality of care they needed. I set out with the intent to focus on sports medicine and the management of chronic pain. During my time as a student of physical therapy, I discovered another passion in patient populations who have experienced physical trauma or neurological degenerative conditions. Armed with this education, I feel much better equipped to express my passion for helping patients and clients live optimally through a holistic, evidence-based, and goal-oriented approach.
I came out of residency as COVID hit the nation and spent 5 to 6 days a week, 14 hours per day, working with patients suffering from long-term physical effects from COVID-19 at hospitals throughout the United States. Two years later, I embarked on a quest to train to be a world-class athlete and traveled to six continents (all but Antarctica).
Now, I offer coaching, athletic physical therapy, and athletic partnerships.
