    Everything in the Foundation Program, plus:

    Bi-weekly Coaching Calls: One-on-one virtual coaching sessions to discuss progress and adjust strategies.

    Nutritional Guidance: Customized nutrition plan to support your training and recovery.

    Access to Exclusive Resources: Training videos, articles, and tips

    Everything in the Performance Program, plus:

    Weekly Coaching Calls: Personalized coaching sessions for in-depth support and strategy.

    Advanced Physical Therapy Sessions: Virtual sessions focusing on injury prevention, recovery techniques, and performance enhancement.

    In-Person Training Sessions: Monthly in-person training sessions (location-dependent).

    24/7 Support: Direct access to me for urgent questions and motivation.
